What We Collect
When you purchase access to the film, we collect your name, email address, and phone number solely to process your order and issue your lifetime access token. We do not collect this information at any other time. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this platform.
How We Use It
Your personal details are used exclusively to fulfil your purchase — verifying payment, issuing your access token, and (once enabled) sending your order receipt by email. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Access Tokens
After a successful payment, a signed access token (JWT) is issued and stored in your browser's localStorage. This token grants lifetime access to the film on the device where it is stored. It contains no personal data — only a signed confirmation that payment was completed. Clearing your browser data will remove the token; contact us to restore access.
Data Storage & Security
Payment processing is handled by our payment partner. We do not store your card details. Personal data submitted during checkout is processed securely over HTTPS. We retain order records for a minimum period required under Indian accounting law (currently 8 years under the Companies Act).
Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and request erasure of your data where legally permissible. International Visitors
If you are accessing this platform from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you also have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
